Refund & Cancellation Policy

Nature of the Service

Azhareon Academy provides a purely educational service: live one-to-one online lessons in Quran memorization, recitation and Tajweed, delivered by qualified teachers.

What a parent purchases is a package of lessons with a fixed lesson count, consumed one lesson at a time. We sell no physical goods and no downloadable digital content — every amount paid corresponds to a known number of lessons not yet delivered.

Free Trial Lesson

Every new student receives a completely free trial lesson before any payment, so the parent can meet the teacher and assess the service before paying anything.

Refund Eligibility

In short: a full refund is available as long as the student has not started. Once the package has begun, it is no longer refundable.

1) Full refund (100%) — before the student starts

• Cancellation requested before the first lesson of the paid package begins — refunded in full, with no deduction and no fee.
• The Academy is unable to provide a suitable teacher or a suitable schedule.
• Duplicate or erroneous charges for a single transaction.
• The service was not delivered at all for reasons attributable to the Academy.

2) After the student starts — non-refundable

Once the student attends the first lesson of the package, fixed weekly slots are reserved in the teacher's schedule for the whole duration of the package. That time is closed to any other student and committed to the teacher. For this reason the package is not refundable — neither fully nor partially — after it has started.

3) What you keep after the package starts

Non-refundable does not mean lessons are lost. Your entitlements remain:

• Lessons are never forfeited: any lesson postponed with prior notice is moved to an alternative slot and stays in your balance.
• Teacher absence is compensated: a lesson missed because of the teacher is fully rescheduled and is not deducted from your balance.
• Changing teacher is possible: if the teaching style does not suit you, the remaining lessons can be transferred to another teacher at no extra cost.
• Your lesson balance is recorded in your account and can be reviewed at any time.

4) Exceptions that remain refundable after the start

The remaining lessons are refunded — despite the package having started — where the cause lies solely with the Academy:

• The Academy ceases to provide the service, or cannot supply a replacement teacher after a teacher becomes unavailable.
• Duplicate charges or an incorrect transaction amount.

Lesson Cancellation & Postponement

• Parents may postpone a lesson by notifying the Academy in reasonable time before it starts. The lesson is moved to an agreed alternative slot at no charge and is not counted as used.
• If the teacher misses a lesson, it is fully rescheduled and is not deducted from the student's balance.
• If the student misses a lesson without notice, it is counted as used.

The status of every lesson (attended · postponed · cancelled · missed) is recorded in the parent's account, so the actual remaining balance can be reviewed at any time before requesting a refund.

How to Request a Refund

1. Contact us by e-mail or WhatsApp using the details below.
2. Include: student name, registered phone number, payment date, amount, and the reason.
3. You will receive acknowledgement within 2 business days.
4. Once approved, the refund is processed within 7 to 14 business days.

The Academy charges no administrative fee for processing a refund.

The prices below are those referred to in this policy, and are the same prices shown on the packages page and charged on the payment page — displayed and charged amounts are identical.

Prices are in UAE Dirham. Parents outside the UAE have published price tiers in their local currency on the packages page; the same policy applies.
