Who we are
Azhareon Academy provides live one-on-one online classes in Quran memorisation, Tajweed, Arabic and school subjects. This policy explains how we handle the data we receive through azhareon.online and our apps.
By using the site or submitting the booking form, you agree to what is described here.
Exactly what we collect
We collect only what you type yourself, and what is needed to run the class:

Children's data
Our service is largely for children. Accordingly, we never collect a child's data from the child directly — all of it reaches us from the parent or guardian who completes the form and consents to it.
What we keep about a student is limited to: name, age, programme level, attendance history and lesson reports. We do not request photographs, home addresses, or anything else the class does not require.
A guardian may at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's data.
Who we share it with
- Only your child's assigned teacher — who sees the student's name, age, schedule and reports, and never another teacher's students.
- The payment gateway — solely to process payment.
- Google (Analytics and Ads) — anonymised usage data to measure performance, without your name or phone number.
- WhatsApp — if you contact us there, WhatsApp's own policy applies.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any advertiser or data broker.
Cookies and advertising
We use cookies necessary to run the site (login session, language, currency), plus Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement cookies to learn which advert actually brought a visitor.
You can disable measurement cookies in your browser, or via the Google opt-out add-on and Google My Ad Center. Disabling them does not prevent you from using the site or booking a class.
For visitors in the EU, UK and Switzerland, advertising and measurement cookies are not enabled without explicit consent.
How long we keep it
- Trial request that did not become a subscription: up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Active student account: for as long as the account exists, and up to 24 months after the last class.
- Financial records: for the period accounting regulations require.
On a deletion request we remove everything we are not legally required to retain.
Your rights
- Request a copy of your data.
- Have inaccurate data corrected.
- Request deletion.
- Stop reminder and marketing messages at any time.
Contact us and we will act on the request within 30 days at most — usually within days.
Security
The whole site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS); dashboard access is protected by passwords and role permissions, and no teacher can see anyone else's students. No system on the internet is 100% secure, and we will notify you promptly of any incident affecting your data.
